Realtek Ethernet Adapter disappeared from Device Manager

Somehow my Realtek Ethernet Adapter disappeared from Device Manager in Windows 10. It may have been caused by an overheating 3 port USB 3.0 hub with an RJ45 connector. Microsoft does not know that the device adapter has disappeared, so I think I need to download and install the software. Is this the right page and is this the right download?

If this is not the right download, how can I tell which one I need?
