Rundll32 error, cannot access control panel, web page redirects

As per message title.
Also, I cannot access my documents, cannot change clock settings.
Any help would be much appreciated,

Waiting for the logs. Ftm can you create another Admin account. Let's see if you can access your other My Documents folder from there.

rundll32.exe errror

Hi,

I have attached the HijackThis LOG. Unfortunately I was unable to carry out the 8 step process as directed because I am unable to get the apps to work due to them crashing.

I cannot even reformat - maybe DOS? This is my last resort tho'

I also get a savedump. exe app error when I reboot too.

I was unable to change account user becasue I cannot access the control panel - this is when I get the rundll,32 error.
