The Russian economy is such a basket-case now they can barely feed their population let alone produce robots. They are now in the same league as North Korea when it comes to global affairs and relevance. All they are good at is reminding people about the hundreds of nuclear missiles they created in 70's. Putin and his massively corrupt government have reduced the country to shell, begging China for aid and even getting troops and armament from North Korea and Iran. How he clings to power is a mystery. The war with Ukraine highlights just how impotent they really are. Their army ground to a halt in days, the mighty Black Sea fleet sunk under the waves in weeks and now they resort to throwing Iranian drones across the border on a nightly basis and causing senseless suffering and death for absolutely no purpose.
