Why Rx 5700 ser. scale badly from low to ultra settings unlike nvidia cards ? I tested both 2070 super and rx 5700 xt both in new builds so what I found 2070 S. scale better in low -medium -high settings in almost all my games (Cod-Bfv-Doom-Destiny 2-total warhammer ..etc )
I also notice very low performance on DX9 games with rx 5700 xt , for me this is serious issues .
