Mafia 3 may have turned out to be a disappointment, but there’s still hope we’ll see an excellent new open world game when Watch Dogs 2 arrives in a few weeks time. If you like the look of Ubisoft’s title and are in the market for a new SSD or monitor, then check out this new Samsung promotion. The company is giving away digital copies of the game with select solid-state drives and its latest curved gaming displays.

The promotion applies to seven Samsung SSDs with capacities of 500GB and larger, as well as three quantum dot curved gaming monitors. All of the displays feature FreeSync, including the gorgeous 34-inch 3440 x 1440 CF791 - one of our “best in show” picks from IFA 2016. Here’s the full list of products.

  • 960 PRO NVMe M.2 (512GB, 1TB, 2TB)
  • 960 EVO NVMe M.2 (500GB, 1TB)
  • 850 PRO SSD (512GB, 1TB, 2TB)
  • 850 EVO SSD (500GB, 1TB, 2TB, 4TB)
  • 850 EVO M.2 SSD (500GB, 1TB)
  • 850 EVO mSATA SSD (500GB, 1TB)
  • Portable SSD T3 (500GB, 1TB, 2TB)
  • Samsung CFG70 Monitor (24-inch)
  • Samsung CFG70 Monitor (27-inch)
  • Samsung CF791 Monitor (34-inch)

Samsung’s 950 Pro line isn’t part of the promotion. And while most of the drives are available with capacities smaller than 500GB, they aren’t part of the offer either. But what is included is the excellent 960 PRO NVMe M.2. In our review of the drive, we gave it a score of 90 and couldn't find a single negative point.

The deal is open to US customers aged 18 or older, and purchases must be made from authorized dealers, such as Amazon, Newegg, and Best Buy.

The PC version of Watch Dogs 2 is released on November 29, two weeks after its console launch. The Samsung promotion runs until December 31, but the game codes are valid until July 31.

Watch dogs was just.... Meh , pants. So buying a monitor or ssd for this game... No no no no. Bf1 sign me up

Damn! I was hoping Samsung would give away a gaming monitor or SSD (hopefully both) with each copy of the game bought then I would've pre ordered the game instead of waiting for it to wind up in the bargain bin like I always do for all games.

Way to go Ubisoft, you just gave me yet another reason to hate your guts. "The deal is open to US customers aged 18 or older" Why the hell is it not open to Canadian citizens? You developed the game in Montreal FFS...
