Server 2003 Memory Dump 0x1000007e

I'm having a problem on a server with server 2003 service pack 2 version 5.2.3790. This is the bug check message 0x1000007e (0xc0000005, 0x80908071, 0xf78ea874, 0xf78ea570). This is on an HP Proliant server ML 350 G5, 1 Gig mem, 20 Gig HD. We image these, so there's not much in the way of frills for software except office and a few other things. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

I looked at both threads and neither one helped much. The first one doesn't have anything that applies. I've already replaced the memory. Chkdsk came back clean. I'm deleting and recreating the page file now. I'll let you know if it happens again.
