"Server Busy" and Other Malware Issues - Assistance Request

Hi Bobbye,

I have attached my Hijackthis File Scan (Called hijackthis PC Issues 2008 Sept 20.txt). Please let me know what files I need to delete as I have the "Busy Server" Malware / Virus and my desktop is white with a "Spyware Detected on your computer!" banner.

Please advise me on how to delete these VIruses / Malware.
