Sound driver problem?

i have no sound even after installing realtek drivers,it shows this error (microsoft bus driver should be loaded in your system)help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HP also has installable versions of the MS UAA bus driver for download.
Might work just as well, and is less of a hassle than the MS service request option.
