Static shock to motherboard

I was changing the internal battery and I felt and saw a static spark when I touched the internal CR2032 battery. How do I know if the motherboard is fried?

If it boots up and doesn't show any weird signs, you should be good to go.

Well the power supply is good. but I try to turn it on and nothing happens how do I check if it is a fried motherboard?
