Extremely poor accountability.
Assumption is dangerous game especially in electronic terms.
12 volts at 600w requires better setup. You're looking thicker gauge for about 100-200 watts per pin for external power for pci express card.
Attached is gauge list from Subaru for using the application on twelve volt is same application to this 12 volt external plug for pci e.
