I'm not sure if I've came to the right place 
but my son bought an mp3 player a month ago and it has only about 20 songs on it right now but it only plays 3 of them like its on shuffle or something, although this particular player doesn't have a shuffle option on it.. I checked the files and they are all in mp3 format and the songs play fine in windows media player. Any idea what we can do to get this playing correctly? It played fine when he first bought it. Thank you.
