Filmmaker Kaipo Jones recently published a short film showing what it might look like if an Imperial Fleet from Star Wars were to descend upon Los Angeles. Granted, it’s not of the caliber that a full-on production studio with deep pockets is capable of but it’s far better than most of us could ever dream of doing.
The clip has a little bit of everything – an Imperial Class Star Destroyer, TIE fighters, AT-ST walkers and more. Several prominent L.A. landmarks are featured in the clip and its creator even went about inserting more than 25 Easter Eggs, most of which are Disney-based.
