if you have some folder option problem, i mean sometime folder option displays in tools menu. but we can't change some option. like we can't show our hidden files and folders.

here, we can't change this option from first one into second one. therefore we can't show hidden files and folders. because of virus attack. if we change this option and press o.k it won't change. and there is another important option

we clear that tick in this option. if takeout that tick it will show viruses. but we can't change these option. this time viruses may running. sometime those may deleted by anti-viruses software. anyway you can use some antiviruses to remove those viruses. example- kaspersky, AVG
if you removed those viruses this time you can see still you can't change those option. because viruses have changed regedit option. so, this time please open the Regedit option. you can open run and type regedit and enter it. it will dispaly a dialog box.
