Totally computer illiterate guy needing help buying a video card

Hey how are you doing. Sorry if i sound like a complete dummy but i was hoping to upgrade my video card and was hoping someone could give me advice on which one to choose. I'd like to play Call of Duty 4 so was hoping for some advice. Here is my computer spec:

You have: 1 low-profile AGP 4x slots

If that's your computer, then I would say, don't upgrade any internal part, upgrade the entire computer (instead of purchasing a new hard to get 4X AGP card)

Thats not so good...
I'd also recommend saving up money and buying a whole thing...
agp 4x is pretty old and won't give you any hint of good performance on newer games on the market today.
