I have an hp pavilion and I just installed a usb card by myself and felt proud that I got it in but when I turned my computer on and inserted the usb card drive disk the optical drive had disappeared from my computer. The optical drive still opens but it keeps automatically closing after about 1 second of it being open. Please help.
