Trojan horse Clicker. VZM Virus

I have gotten the above virus this afternoon. I have finally gotten the computer to start a virus scan (I use AVG).

I have turned off Internet access and have not rebooted the computer with the virus.

Any advice on getting rid of this? Thanks in advance!
