Trojan zlob and pc-cleaner virus

i have been trying for several days to get rid of these. my antivirus program picks up pc-cleaner as a critical object but says that it cannot remove it because the file does not exist. i went through all 15 steps on this site. here are the logs that you asked for. and the pandarookit thing didnt find anything.

Well, you need to delete the
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SpybotSD TeaTimer] C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\TeaTimer.exe
Your not meant to use this, it isn't recommended
I can't see anything else though, wait for an expert
