I don't own or use any of the hardware you are showing here but if I were to guess what is happening I would think that the original hardware was probably doing some kind of hardware compression and when you switched hardware that compression method is no longer recognized.
It is probably easier to just start a whole new backup on the new hardware. If you are trying to use the new hardware to recover from the backup then you have no choice but to figure out a way to get the old hardware repaired and/or use a data recovery service.
