TS3310 tape library not initialized

Hi,
I have quantum scalar i500 tape library, its LCB was faulty so I have replaced it with new TS3310 LCB.
now my library is not initializing. Error is in attachment.
I am not able to access any option from either library display or from web client.
pls help

I don't own or use any of the hardware you are showing here but if I were to guess what is happening I would think that the original hardware was probably doing some kind of hardware compression and when you switched hardware that compression method is no longer recognized.

It is probably easier to just start a whole new backup on the new hardware. If you are trying to use the new hardware to recover from the backup then you have no choice but to figure out a way to get the old hardware repaired and/or use a data recovery service.
