Recording digital satellite sports for player promotionals, so quality sound and video quality is needed for edit. High noise rejection rates should be integral with this form of cabling over coax and S-video so I have been informed. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If this be the case, what TV card would be recommended with RCA A(stereo)V porting. Obviously video quality should not lose resolution from original.

Running on Quad core; Gigabyte N680SLI DQ6; 8800gts xfx, 2G 800DDR; (G15 Keyboard, Logitech G7 Laser mouse, Acer 19" 2ms LCD Screen)

Budget is high, but quality/value balance is more desireable for return on investment. ;)

Cheers guys

Erm.. Are you sure you are allowed to do this?

Anyway, if you are talking about free satellite (no decoder card), then you could get a TV tuner card that acceps the digital satellite signal directly. No noise/quality issues whatsoever.

There are also satellite tuner devices for PC that accept CI decoder modules, but these are rare and expensive. Something like this maybe: http://www.inventa.com.au/Product Release and Comment/FireDTV.htm
