Unable to boot in normal mode

I installed the ezav and unable to boot to normal mode after the installation. but able to boot after the ezav uninstalled .

needing a bit more information, what is your operating system? win98-2000-XP etc. and i am guessing you are talking about the free EZ antivirus? (free) if free, you might want to check out this one that is also free, www.avast.com <<< easy to use and runs nice.
