Uninstalled all my USB drivers to clean up, now nothing is recognized. Reinstall?

Pretty much what the title says.
I tried to clean up my computer, and I deleted all my usb drivers in Device Manager. I tried to plug my wireless mouse in, and now it is not recognized. Neither is my IPOD or blackberry.
I restarted the laptop, and it supposedly reinstalled all the drivers, but my stuff still is not being recognized.
I have a HP laptop running Windows 7
How do I reinstall these drivers?

Have you checked Device Manager? Does it look like the drivers reinstalled OK the last time?
> Do you see any devices appear with yellow icons in Device Manager??
