I'd vote for Blue Lightning if the upgrade path was reasonable, but to stick a gaming CPU with a Z370 motherboard and high speed RAM in a rig that has a 650 Ti and 160 GB (!!) hard drive seems like a terrible upgrade to me. If this PC was all Mitchell could afford last year, I doubt that he'd upgrade to a GeForce 1060 and SSD in the near future. I Would have gone with a Ryzen 3 1200, ASRock AB350 Pro4, 8GB DDR4-2400, 1TB HDD and GeForce 1050 2GB. Might not be a terribly impressive system, and might not have a motherboard with sprinkles of blue, but at least it would be a decently well rounded low end gaming system, instead of a half mid-range half 'can't do anything with it without further upgrades' system.
Ended up voting for Rockin Da Oldies, because that upgrade complements the graphics card nicely, making the PC into a pretty well rounded gaming machine.
