    That openair diy stuff is nice, not the most complicated thing ever, but good looking and clean. Finally someone who enjoys his PC even if it's almost a decade old.

    I7 7 th gen cant beat them mates still gonna rock for gaming in coming years and still in my wishlist I just wished I could get them

    Yea I wold kill for any thing newer then my I7 930 all tho I am running triple channel memory so not to bad

    I'm using an i7 920 with triple channel memory too but it's running at 1000mhz instead of 1333mhz.

    Are you overclocking the 920 I cant oc the 930 the asus board I have dos'nt over clock so stuck at 2.8 with boost to 3ghrz

    Mine is stuck around 2.66ghz. Also on ASUS board with stock cooler. And it throttles very often too so it won't boost beyond the 2.66ghz.

    resetting the proc and reapplying thermal past it might fix problem with throttling.

    well actually they were pretty much same launch.. although yours is 4c 8t wile mine is 4c 4t.. the up side of the phenom is quad channel ram when the i7 is a triple channel ram

    As I've just upgraded to an i7 3770, I would have been in this category as well. :) Well here's hoping for the next season!
