VIA HD audio mic problem

Hello,

I have a audio problem with my motherboard ASROCK 800G Extreme3.
When I plug my headset in my front panel (jack connectors), the microphone is not recognized. It's correctly detected when I open the VIA audio panel.
Is there an option for detect automatically the plug of my mi ? I have not found.

What is the windows you are using? Also try to update the drivers of your VIA audio panel

I use windows 7 family 64bits, with the last VIA HD audio drivers.
I have re-install many time the driver.

What do you mean it is not recognized? I have my VIA audio deck opened, and there is a settings which allows you to use your headset as the main sound receiver.

Also, try using Expert Mode to open it up.
