VLC 3.0 'Vetinari' arrives across all platforms with Chromecast support

Umm does it support WebOS ?? my brother has been bragging that WebOS on his TV is the best thing since sliced bread but we all know different lol..

Who knows if VLC mediplayer version 3 has already working as it should? At least its own update activity can not find a new version at all!
Is version 3 already fully functional? Has it already been corrected so that it can install or upgrade?
If anyone has experience for it please send answer in here!
