Vundo!grb virus and ad popups

Hi Guys,

I am facing an issue where McAfee scan is saying machine is infected with Vundo!grb and it says it deleted the virus, but it is not the case.

Virus is still there and ad pop ups are coming, no matter if you close, I have already tried following things:
1) Ad Aware scan
2) Symantec VundoFix

Nothing is helping me, even Windows update is disabled.

Please help urgently.
