Inactive I have a virus called Industrialists and I can't get rid of it

I have had this virus for a while now and I have searched low and high for an answer on how to resolve it but it seems to be that I am the only person to have this virus ever in the entirety of the pc race. It opens pop ups on my computer and just blasts ads through my audio at a ridiculous volume and everytime you close it, it opens again. in task manager it is a programme called industrialists but has no visible frame around it, completely invisible. It'll open sub-programme's with names such as guovcvv and stuff, these will be the things that play the ads, I have found the source in the file location and deleted it from the source and the recycling bin but it always reinstalls itself and it's driving me insane. Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated!
