Warframe Issues

I've recently been trying to play Warframe, and I get around 5-15 fps only. I have everything at low and stuff, and I would understand if my processor was being 100% used. But thats not the case, it's only been used around 13% and ram has been used around 40%.

PC specifications

My pc is a Lenovo ThinkPad T420 and has an Intel Core i5-2410M processor. No graphics card, just the Intel Graphics 3000 (integrated) and 4gb ram. Also a 240gb HDD. Have a nice morning/afternoon/night!​

Unfortunately your laptop only just exceeds the minimum hardware requirements for the game. Ensure the resolution is right down, 720p or lower, along with every graphics setting put to low - the HD Graphics 3000 is the reason for the low performance so give it as little to do as possible.
