Weekend Open Forum: Do you exercise regularly?

Yup, fitness 3 times a week, which breaks down in first day 20 mins of running, pectorals, shoulders & biceps, second day endurance & legs, third day 20 mins of running, back muscles & triceps.
 
3 times a week, football. By august, I should be going to the gym at least twice a week and training for a volleyball competition. So, yes, I do exercise regularly.
