Oh hell yeah, I agree. With that routine, 15 minutes a day is fine.I personally do up to 15 minute exercising per day or every other day. This mostly consists of calisthenics like 150 push ups in the morning while my coffee is brewing or 20 to 30 pull ups and dips , 20 to 30 leg raises for the core or abs and running for 15 minutes in a incline slope.
I think the recommendations are 150 minutes a week moderate and 75 minutes reasonably vigorous, so a mix of your sets look good in my opinion.
