What graphics card can my pc handle?

I have around 300 dollars, it needs to be nvidia for stuff I use. I want the best gaming card I can get. Here is my pc.

You have a 600W PSU, so you are good for any of them as a single card solution. The GTX 970 is the newest and nearest to $300 offering by nVidia.

This will let you know more about what to expect from the 970 and 980 as well. The GTX 970 should triple the frame rate compared to the GTX 750. Although I'm not a good judge as to how well the AMD FX-6300 will perform.
