It would appear athlons take multiplier clocking considerably better than FSB clocking....
The CNPS-7000a will fit on nearly all socket 462 boards with 4 mounting holes and a bit of space around the socket - and nearly all nforce2 boards i think.

p.s. - notice new culled sig - stormbringer asked if i would moderate it :(

Yes but 2.5GHz with 500MHz FSB will perform much greater then 2.7Ghz with 350MHz FSB. :D

i'd get the abit an7, which is an updated nf7-s, but imo worth the extra $5-10 as the overclocking features are better.

Yes it is.

The inside is the same as the Antec Lanboy 2. Not sure if it's the same as the first Lanboy.

I'm considering getting a Sonata for my 2nd machine. Currently I'm planning for a $74 SX635BII. I don't really like how the Sonata only mounts a front fan behind the hard drives inside the case, instead of mounted as an intake. It might be worth the extra $20, I'm not sure yet. Sure doesn't offer much in terms of cooling, but I don't think I'll overclock that machine...:D
