Which One Is Better

I planning on getting a new computer and I have narrowed it down to the
two below choices:

1. HP Pavilion 590-p0066 Desktop Computer, Intel i5, 12GB RAM, 1TB Hard Drive has a Intel UHD Graphics 630 shared graphic card

2. HP Pavilion TP01-0066 Desktop PC, AMD Ryzen™ 7, 8GB Memory, 256GB Solid State Drive, Windows® 10 Home, 2GB AMD Radeon™ RX 550

I'm not into serious gaming that's why I didn't mention a gaming computer.
I do places games using STEAM though
I basically want to know which has the better video card.
1. has more memory but 2. has a better known video card I think
