The second one would be my choice. It would be good to know its intended purpose.

The CPU is better on the first. Other components "seem" better on the second. I'd probably go with the i5 750.

The Intel system will be superior for the music,photo,video editing. as far as gaming they are equal

Well if you looked at the thread, I did recommend the Saphire over HIS, and I most certainly SPAMMED that corsair psu about 50 times with newegg and EU links, but no...
