So last night I pushed my laptop off my bed in my sleep apparently, now when I turn it on, it gives me the Dell booting up screen then goes straight to what I've discovered is the "white screen of death" telling me that the device in the system modular bay can not be identified. Tech support has been absolutely no help whatsoever, can anyone help me out with what to do?
