This is my first post, and sorry for my poor english.

We are facing a stop errors (blue screen) on several win 2000 advanced servers(Windows 2000 Kernel Version 2195 (Service Pack 4) MP (2 procs) Free x86 compatible)
All servers are Cisco Call Managers or Subscribers.
The last one occur this morning on one subscriber server. here is the error message:
«The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007f (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP. »

Could you please analyze my minidump file and let me many what may causes this stop error?
Thanks in advance.

Mircosoft does not priovide W2k Symbol, we cannot format the stack trace of W2K minidump. Without the stack trace, it is very difficult to diagnostic the problem. Usally W2K have to take full memory dump and it resolves the stack trace formatting issue. You have to install windbg and run windbg to generate the debug report at your PC. Attach the debug report here.

The webpage are related to Bugcheck 7F with interrupt code 0
