Wow, where do I start? I was surfing a site and my screen went white then blue with a red and white box stating the following: "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer. Warning! Win32/Adware.Virtumonde, Warning! Win32/privacyremover.M64" Also I was not able to see my homepage, antivirus sites and update my virus protection which I have (AVG and SuperAntiSpyware).
I could not change my wallpaper but I was able to by using "SmitfraudFix.exe" which I saw on spyware-techie.com.
After being able to change my wallpaper, I still cannot update my virus protection, load my homepage,or change my time from a military format back to a standard format.
I cannot access certain sites to get the following software: Online Virus Scanner, HijackThis.exe, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, SS&D, Ad-Ware 2008, ComboFix and the other progammes you recommend.
Please help me get rid of this virus.
