Windows 2003 Server Event ID 1003

Hi there,
I have a web system crashed with BOD, event ID 1003. I have Windows 2003 with SP2 installed and it is started about 4 weeks ago.
I have minidump log file attached. If any one can tell me why the server creashed, will appreciate it.

Often this is a memory error, or a Page File error.
If it starts up again, run Memtest86 for four hours or seven passes.
Also check your page file size, and your memory size.
The page file has a maximum size of 1.5 times the available memory. If the memory decreases, then the page file automatically becomes too large and the crash occurs.
Also, you might want to search the Microsoft Knowledge Base articles at www.microsoft.com as there is a great deal of information available on this issue..
