Windows 2003 server not resolving DNS names

  1. I setup a new installation of Windows 2003 Server DC, configured DHCP and DNS, but each time I try to resolve DNS names I get the following message on both client and server. See message below on trying to resolve;


    DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.
    DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.
    *** Request to timed-out

    What could be the problem? I need your help

    Going by the two country codes:

    uz= Uzbekistan
    zw= Zimbabwe

    and which i hosted at IP Address:
    IP Location: United Kingdom

    I'd say that:
    1. You have the IP wrong
    2. You're being hijacked!

    Should be in range of IP
    inetnum: -
    descr: Knightsbridge Online colocated server
    country: GB
