Windows 2003 server not resolving DNS names

I setup a new installation of Windows 2003 Server DC, configured DHCP and DNS, but each time I try to resolve DNS names I get the following message on both client and server. See message below on trying to resolve google.com;

nslookup google.com
Server: proliantg5.belgravia-net.uz-ucsf.co.zw
Address: 192.168.0.6

DNS request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.

timeout was 2 seconds.

What could be the problem? I need your help

uz= Uzbekistan
zw= Zimbabwe

and http://belgravia.net/ which i hosted at IP Address: 195.82.124.125
IP Location: United Kingdom

I'd say that:
1. You have the IP wrong
or
2. You're being hijacked!

Should be in range of IP 195.82.124.125
