"Windows Audio Device Isolation Graph Stopped Working" - that is the message that my Vista shows and my computer goes silent. Reboot is the only solution. It is very disturbing, especially cause it happens randomly...
I have ASUS P5B mainboard with integrated sound... so if anoyone has a clue I would be very thankfull.

Please press the green button, and select your audio driver

Sorry, it seems you must do this twice, once here, then when you get to Asus support, click it again. This button uses JavaScript (which is enabled by default on most browsers, but Internet Explorer is preferred)

Guess I have forgotten to write that I already tried all that diferent drivers asus supprot has to offer...

When this happens, instead of a reboot, click start, in the search box type 'services.msc', hit enter, scroll down to 'windows audio' and in the left hand box clik 'restart the service'
