Windows Freezes For a Few Mins

I have WXP Pro. Some times, like 3 times per Week, When I start the PC, The System Seems to be Halt for e Few Minutes.
Hard Disk Light is Off
I disconnect for Internet
Ctrl-Alt-Del Comes up, Press Task Manager, But Does Not Display.
After a Few minutes, Some times 5 Mins, Any Thing I have Pressed or Executed Shows up and the System continues normally
It only Happend when staring the PC, may be from off or standby
Any Ideas?

turn off hibernate or standby mode in control panel.
