Hi, I recently encountered worm.win32.netsky.. I thought that i had removed it from my computer but i guess i didn't get it all. I keep getting this error message: windows must restart because the dcom server process launcher was terminated. I also get an error message that is similar but says it must restart because of plug and play issues. I also get at least 1 random pop up that opens a tab to a random site when i log on to a user and use the internet for the first time.
I scanned my computer with AVG, Windows scanner, and a Scan+Clean utility found in run. None of which found a problem. I do not want to buy any kind of mal ware removal utility.
I downloaded HJT (Hijackthis utility) and i got the following log file.
