Windows Search won't start

When I go to search it told me to go to all programs and click on it. So I did, and it said the same thing. I looked at Services.msc and it was set to automatic, but when I went to clikc start, this came up...

Just noticed a little Magnifying glass in my task bar, and it says "waiting for indexing status".
 
Run each of these 4 commannds individually
regsvr32 /i shell32.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 msxml.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
Restart the computer.

But usually it's just a matter of removing all cached files in these two folders (then re-starting:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Search\Data\Applications\Windows
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Search\Data\Temp
