Anybody know if Windows Vista (Home Edition) contains Word and Microsoft Frontpage? If not, which version of Vista would?

Word and Frontpage are seperate applications from microsoft. These would need to be purchased. If you would like you can also visit www.openoffice.org, for a software that is similar to the Microsoft Office Package, but it is free and can open word documents, excel, and powerpoint documents. It can also Save them in that format.

ditto. I was just going to recommend the same thing. and Openoffice can save is many different formats.

Open office can actually open documents that MS office chokes on. Have often seen that with Excel documents in particular.
