My tech support person (alleged expert) installed Office2003 over the top of my OfficeXP along with Adobe Acrobat Professional.
I removed Adobe Professional and now when I boot my laptop and login, I just get the windows background I use, no desktop icons, no menus, nothing and just hangs. I have to then power off, reboot and everything then works as it should.
It does this everytime... any ideas on how to fix this or at least where to being troubleshooting?
