  1. A friend of mine has a pc and it said his winlogon.exe file had been updated. His antivirus flagged it and he wasnt sure so he clicked quarantine and now when his computer restarts he gets a blue screen bitching about the missing winlogon file. Any ideas?

    4. if computer from a vendor like Dell or HP should go to their website, Support, and get help/troubleshooting pages specifc to that make/model. see what support they might have left on a "hidden partition" on the computer;s drive
