Well....this thing happened once to me already. Most of the things are limited for use when i log in as administrator.I cant open network conections, all of the games fail to run,and i cant burn anything with nero or windows writer. As i said this thing happaned to me once for no reason, but last time I got help from Techspot .Now again i dont know what could have cause thsi thing.I am runing my avast for full scan.
When i tryed to use spybot search and destry it locks up on first pass(get to 381 files)
I barely got modem online, something was limiting me network access too.Any help is welcome!Thank you in advance.

I take it that running System Restore and choosing to restore a restore point that predates the problem didn't work.

I would keep pressing the F8 key at startup between the first screen and before first Windows splash screen comes up to bring up the boot menu. The I would choose Safe Mode and run the scanners in that mode.

You can also try Safe Mode with networking from which you might be able to go online and run an online virus scanner, such as:

Hi Kserijaro

Go here:

The TechSpot 8 steps: https://www.techspot.com/community/...lware-removal-preliminary-instructions.58138/

Do all skip no step (do not install another virus scanner as you already have one).

Most importantly update MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSptware!

Before you scan with SuperAntiSpyWare do the below:

SuperAntispyware config

After installed double-click the icon on your desktop to run it.

It asks to update the program definitions, click Yes.

Click the Preferences button.

Then Scanning Control.

In Scanner Options make sure the following are checked:
1. Close browsers before scanning
2. Scan for tracking cookies
3. Terminate memory threats before quarantining.
4. Leave the others as they are.

In MalwareBytes after update but before running
Click settings and confirm all are Checked.

I repeat Update these 2 programs.

Run them and post their logs then a new HJT log.

Do this correctly and we will make a short job of this!

IF after installing these programs you cannot update or run then continue below.

Well system restore was also locked from usage. But anyway I folowed some instructions left in thread, and I managed to separate one infected file.It was also locked away for deleting/renaming/moving.Well,since avast failed to delete it,I went safe mode. While in safe mode I tried manual deletion but got the "Cannot access file" error.Scanned it with avast in Safe mode and deleted it.Restarted Windows and all was up and running again.Thank for support!
