If you like dual chamber cases and are a fan of Corsair you will love the 6500 series no doubt, but for everyone else there are other options to consider which might give you more for your money.

With this case, Corsair offers us a solid reference with excellent capacity. Internally, you’ll have all the space you need to mount your configuration, especially as you’ll have plenty of slots for mounting your fans. Be careful, though, as the HDD cage can get in the way. Last but not least, despite a host of quality features, the price remains high.
It would be nice if there was going to be a 6500D Airflow RGB version, but from what we know that is not happening. Both case variants will be available in both white and black and it is cool to see Corsair offer Elite Panel kits to change the overall look of the case.

With the 6500X and 6500D Airflow, we have a strong alternative to the other dual-chambered PC cases on the market. That said, the main differentiators between these cases and their peers are the customisation options that aren’t available yet. Corsair’s 6500 series has our seal of approval, but if they live up to their marketing with their panelling upgrades and accessories, the 6500 series will be transformed into an innovative enthusiast chassis.
All said and done, if you fall in love with the simplicity & functionality of the Corsair 6500X and the very solid build quality, then go for it. Cost aside, it is a great chassis and can thus be recommended.
