HTC Desire 12 Plus
The HTC Desire 12 Plus is a decent budget pick for those not too fussed about the latest and greatest. It combines sleek looks, big screen and a capable camera in a wieldy package that punches well above its weight. But competition is plenty in the budget market and the Desire 12+’s pedestrian specs leave a lot to be desired.
