Pros:

Ready to go out of the box, No Mess Remote Access, Multiple User Access (each with their own home directories)
Beautiful design, PreInstalled HDDs, PreConfigured software, Quick setup, Intuitive Operating System, Great performance.

Cons:

Can easily push CPU to maximum, No USB3.0 support (for adding addtional drives)
If this NAS had more computing power and RAM, it would be great, but it would also increase the price significantly
